We have an exciting opportunity for a Power Technician to join our teams in Dunedin, Cromwell and Nelson Tasman

 We have a full-time, permanent vacancy for an experienced and qualified Cable Jointer to join our teams in Dunedin, Cromwell and Nelson Tasman. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the maintenance and construction on customer distribution and sub-transmission cable assets. 

About you:

· You will have knowledge of and experience in HV and LV jointing and terminating cables

· Previous appropriate industry experience

· A good work history that demonstrates  safe work ethic

· Good problem solving skills

· you will also be registered or be working towards registering with the Electrical Workers Registration Board as a Cable Jointer

· A good track record in dealing with customers

· A positive approach to personal development.
